How does the process work?

The process begins with a 30-45 minute phone consultation, during which we explore a variety of topics to lay the groundwork for your next vacation. Following our discussion, you will receive an overview of experiences tailored to each day of your trip. Once you select the main highlights, we will craft a detailed daily itinerary for your review and approval.

Upon finalizing the itinerary framework, it will be designed in Canva, optimized for smartphone access throughout your journey. This comprehensive plan will include website hyperlinks, essential travel information, and your daily schedule, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

When is payment due?

If you decide to move forward with travel planning after our discovery call, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required upfront to cover the cost of research for your travel destination. The remaining cost of the plan is due prior to receiving your completed travel itinerary.
